How can I remove students from my Clubs to free up some seats so new students can join my Clubs?
As a teacher, you can create as many LYNX Clubs as you need, but the total number of students in them cannot exceed the total number of students licensed for your school.
The same student participating in more than 1 Club is only counted once. If you need to free up space for new students, here's how to do it:
-
Login to LYNX and below your name choose the Club where you'd like to remove students.
-
Once the Club is open, still under where your name is, scroll down to Club Members at the bottom of the list. The Club Administration page will now open.
-
Click on each student's name. The student's profile will open in a new tab where you can click on the Remove from the Club button. Deleting students one-by-one, through their profiles, allows you to review if students have some projects they may be interested in keeping. This is important as deleting a student from a Club will permanently remove their access to these projects.

In case you are using Anonymous users, you can also delete these students through the Anonymous users section in the School / Club section of your menu. Just click the Remove from the Club link beside each student as you hover your mouse over each student's name.
Deleting Anonymous students will permanently remove their access to their projects.
