How do I know my User ID if I want to send a question to Tech Support?
a. Sign-in to LYNX
b. Use the arrow beside your name to go to Profile
c. On the left side, in red, hover your mouse over your name and you'll see your user ID d. Please include this number every time you communicate with us.
